How the formula works

Plaster Volume = Area × Thickness  |  Cement = (Volume ÷ (1 + Ratio)) ÷ 0.035  |  Sand = (Volume × Ratio) ÷ (1 + Ratio)
  • Area = Length × Height (for walls) or Length × Width (for ceilings)
  • Plaster Volume = Area × Thickness (in meters)
  • Cement Bags = (Plaster Volume ÷ (1 + Ratio)) ÷ 0.035 (1 bag = 0.035 m³)
  • Sand Volume = (Plaster Volume × Ratio) ÷ (1 + Ratio)
  • Water = Approximately 20-30% of cement weight (in liters)
